This week, the countdown starts for Minnesota’s new Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) law, with 100 days till its implementation. The PFML program starts on Jan. 1, 2026. Employers and employees will share the cost of premiums via payroll deductions, and businesses will need to update workplace policies and manage compliance.
