FRANKFORT, Ky. (WAVE) - The initial unemployment report for November 2023 has been released by the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet. The state’s seasonally adjusted preliminary unemployment rate was reported at 4.3% according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics, a part of the cabinet. This represents a 0.1% increase from October 2023 and a 0.4% rise from the previous year.
